Gruppo Romani received a special mention in the ADI Booth Design Award, the prestigious recognition of Italy’s industrial design association for the stands at Cersaie that excel in communicating companies’ identity and the value of their products.
The exhibition space entitled Architetture Naturali, created by Amostudio Architecture, was described by the panel of judges as “a project that uses a unique and bold style to narrate the group’s brands and moods. The overriding ethereal and atmospheric element generates a storyline able to conjoin and amalgamate the products, with their individual and specific characteristics. The result is perfect stylistic and chromatic consistency able to create a sense of continuity that breaks through the boundaries of the individual stands to emphasize the synergy of a composite and burgeoning group”.
Gruppo Romani’s marketing manager Martina Romani collected the award with Marcello Zappador, architect and owner of Amostudio. In the words of the designer: “The idea of a story of matter, narrated through the forms of naturalistic inspiration, speaks of an understated exhibition style, conceptual and with a common thread uniting the company’s brands. The brainchild of Martina Romani, a minimalist and elegant vision that grows and will evolve in time with this project.”
A key contribution was provided by exhibition fit-out specialist Arredart Studio and its general manager, architect Federico Sanmarchi, who supported and brought tangible form to the Architetture Naturali design vision.
