We are proud to announce that Gruppo Romani is one of the 200 Italian companies where women are happiest to work. This is testified by the research “Italy’s best employers for women” carried out by the German Institute for Quality Finance (Itqf) in partnership with the newspaper La Repubblica-Affari&Finanza.
In order to be included in this prestigious ranking, which is based on an analysis of 2000 companies, it is necessary to excel in the 45 topics taken into consideration, from corporate culture to professional training and equal opportunities.
The research made use of “social listening”, i.e. it analysed over 2.5 million mentions collected online from social media, blogs, forums and job portals, checking the tone of the text fragments and classifying them as positive, neutral or negative. It was the comments left in the last 12 months by consumers and employees that created the score and allowed entry into the ranking.
